Faith Formation News Click here for Permanent Record/Registration Form for new families Click here for Short Registration Form for returning families Religious Education Parent Meeting with the Pastor for the 2007-2008 school year will be Sunday, September 9th at 9:45 a.m.  This orientation is for all parents of children enrolled in or planning to enroll in our Religious Education, Youth Ministry or Sacramental Preparation classes.   Registration for New Families will be Sunday, August 26th at 12:30 p.m.  Forms are available online (see link above) and in the Faith Formation office.  They should be filled out and turned in at time of registration with a copy of each child's baptismal certificate and the registration fee ($35 per child with a $105 maximum per family). Meet Your Child's Catechist between the Masses on Sunday, August 26th in the Social Hall. Sacramental Preparation Information Session for:           * Parents of All K, 1st and 2nd graders,           * Parents of any child wishing to celebrate First Reconciliation or              First Communion this year,           * * This includes parents of children enrolled in area Catholic Schools    will be Sunday, August 26 from 2-4 p.m. in the John XXIII Room.   Classes will begin Wednesday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 9.  Registration for Families already in the program was in May 2007.  If you have not registered yet, please do so by filling out a short form (available above) and sending it along with the applicable registration fee ($35 per child with a $105 maximum per family) to the Faith Formation office as soon as possible.
